At DecantX, we strive for complete satisfaction with every fragrance journey; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused items. To ensure hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or tampered with.
Initial Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unused decants in their original protective packaging to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
Shipping Labels
Affix the provided RMA number to the outside of your package and ship it back to our processing center using a tracked service.
Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the items are in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
